Below are some individual services offered to accelerate agency growth.  Square Knot Consulting quickly assist agencies by: 

Developing the title of agency’s alias, mission statement, and target population and administering any required legal documents such as Federal 501 c 3 Application, Articles of Incorporation, EIN number(s)
Preparing Grant Applications and other resource development proposals and materials, including a minimum of 5‐10 “initial letters of inquiry” ready for submission to selected private/corporate foundations
Reviewing and developing or analyzing resource development management, accountability, and evaluation procedures and systems, to be presented in a written report & facilitating strategic, program and project planning and design in support of comprehensive resource development
Training of, and ongoing consultation with staff in grantwriting, resource development, and administrative details
Executing agency infrastructural development and consulting
Developing necessary website(s) and database systems
Preparing or updating the organization’s strategic or core document (“Case for Support”) and resource development activities, resulting in a current 15‐30 page document
Developing a maximum 2 page letter of solicitation for the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and potential Sponsors.
Researching and systematically compiling all sources and opportunities for potential funding, for a 12‐month time frame.

- General Workshop Price:  5 hr seminar, $375 in advance, $499 @ the door 

- Customized Workshops and Seminars:  $65 per hr per person for individuals/businesses $100,000 and below and $125.00 per hr per person for individuals/business $101,000 and above
