Shonell L. Peoples-Salett
Square Knot Consulting Founder/Principal Consultant
Shonell Peoples-Salett is a resource development and planning consultant, Grantwriter, and Social Entrepreneur. She accumulated her knowledge from California State University Bakersfield, WHEM College (B.A./Business Administration), Planned Parenthood Mar Monte (HIV/AIDS and health education and prevention), The Women's Foundation of California's Sisterhood Fund (under the leadership of Stephanie Yang), and Jim Burroughs Guru of the Resouce Development Field (Shonell's number one mentor/now colleague) . Shonell is a student at Oxford Graduate School where she is pursuing an M.A. in Family Life Education and Organizational Leadership, and an Ed.S. in Social Entrepreneurship, Research and Evaluation, Marriage and Family Therapy, and School Psychology as well as a Ph.D. in Philosophy. She is the founder of The M.M.W.M.C. Institute, BPAPS, and Square Knot Consulting; and the author of Getting Your Ducks In A Row: From Family Life Education to Organizational Leadership. She resides in Morrow Georgia with her Husband Ulysses Salett and their 9 month old Shiatsu (dog) Seven Maxwell Salett. |

Jim Burroughs
Square Knot Consulting Senior Advisor, Grantwriter, and Consultant
Over the course of a 30-year career encompassing a wide range of positions, Jim Burroughs has worked in virtually every aspect of human services/nonprofit capacities, from the trenches to program development and management, financial resource development, top management, business and administrative management, nonprofit consulting/planning facilitation, and nonprofit board membership and chairmanship. He has been a co-founder of three nonprofits, and served as board chair of two of those.
Over the past 16 years, he has had the privilege of working as a grantwriter/planning consultant with a wide range of nonprofit/human services organizations of every type, size, and level of development and sophistication. During this period he wrote grant applications generating initial project funding in the area of $16-20 million. |

Rhonda Page
Square Knot Consulting Senior Associate Evaluator and Advisor
Rhonda Davis Page, B.A. is the Program Evaluator at the Georgia Department of Human Resources, Georgia Division of Public Health, Family Health Branch. She is works in the Policy, Planning and Evaluation Section and is responsible for developing, coordinating and facilitating internal and external evaluations for the Family Health Branch. As well, she facilitates consultation, technical assistance, and training for state and district staff to enhance their capacity to build organizational capacity and to conduct planning and evaluation. Ms. Page has over seventeen years of experience working in public health in various programs, focusing on strategic planning, systems development, performance and program evaluation, continuous improvement (monitoring) and surveillance. She has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University and has completed coursework for a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University . Ms. Page has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Minority Leadership from Fort Valley State University . |
